F1 Nursing Sponsorship

The F1 Nursing Sponsorship Visa, an F1 visa is issued to international students who are attending an academic program or English Language Program at a US college or university. F1 students must maintain the minimum course load for full-time student status.

F1 Nursing Sponsorship

They can remain in the US for up to 60 days beyond the length of time it takes to complete their academic program, unless they have applied and been approved to stay and work for a period of time under the OPT program, it is expected that they leave after the time frame.

There are certain requirements set down to acquire this form of admission. Different universities have different admission policies, your university will tell you what they need to determine and be sure if you are academically eligible and sound.

Their Visa Sponsorship program will petition for a Green Card status through adjustment of status, and AdventHealth will cover legal and filing fees for the nurse.

This opportunity is available if you are graduating soon from a Nursing program in the United States, or if you have already graduated within the last year.

The registered nurse is responsible for the delivery of coordinated nursing care for a patient or an assigned group of patients within a patient care unit and for the day-to-day management and supervision of the related clinical activities.
